The Part-time LODGE MANAGEMENT (PART-TIME) COURSE is run over two (2) Phases and can be completed at the students own pace and time….

After successful registration students are required to familiarize themselves with the course contents by working through each module in the Course Manual, completing the workbook and self study (research) assignments. Once the workbook and assignments are completed and up to date, the student may apply to attend Phase 2 of the course.

During this component of the courses students are introduced to the different departments of a safari lodge (Housekeeping, Food Service, Beverage Service, Guest Service, Front-Of-House & Maintenance) and the active running of daily lodge operations.  

Also included in this phase of the course practical program is leadership training where students are thouroughly equiped with the neccerary management tools to effective manage people and hospitality teams.
